If anyone who owns Section 8 (individual or project-based) rental properties within the NYC boroughs or New York metro area, I'd love to hear about your experience regarding the following:

-How long have you been a Section 8 landlord and what are your biggest positives vs negatives?

-Has the demand from Section 8 tenants been consistent? What's your typical turnaround between tenants?

-Do you normally get the HUD Section 8-published fair market rent amount?

-How many units do your properties typically have?
