Trustee services for land trust

Hi, has anybody used a third party professional service as a trustee for the land trust created for the rental property? How much do they typically cost? Any recommendations for a good trustee service?

Same thing here.  I've came across Randy Hughes and Kris Haskins on my research and the fee is around $200-$280 I think.  Or Anderson Business Advisors, around $650 which includes trust agreement, deed recording and initial nominee trustee service.
