WHICH IS MORE PROFITABLE AIR BNB OR RENTING
I'm planning on using my primary residence as a rental but I'm not sure if it would be more profitable as an Air bnb. Does anyone have any advice on using air bnbs service. The area that I'm in is not a very hot area so I'm on the fence. Any advice or past experience will be appreciated. thanks
