Hello

My tenant upstairs briefly mentioned about getting a treadmill recently but today he got one delivered home. I wasn’t too sure what to say when he mentioned about treadmill but indirectly hinted an elliptical or bike may be a better option.

Is treadmill something that needs to be avoided by landlords? Is that going to create a significant amount of noise when tenant runs upstairs?appreciate your inputs.

Thanks

Like most treadmill owners, I'm sure they'll never use it :)
