teens living in a rental
Im 17 years old and planning to eventually move out when I graduate and rent a house. I would like to live with a couple of buddies so rent is cheaper, and am thinking a 3-4 bed single family home. Will there be landlords willing to rent to a group of young guys? Will it be hard to find a willing landlord? Any information is appreciated!!
I have also been following bigger pockets, and reading many real estate related books, in hopes to become a successful real estate investor some day.

As you have no rental history, and guessing your friends don't either, they may require a guarantor on the lease-so a parent (or parents) to co-sign.
