Burlington, NJ Landlord relationship?

Hello,

I am curious to see if anyone has experience with the city of Burlington NJ. Are they landlord friendly? Anything different from other areas. I typically invest in PA but looking at some properties in the area and really curious what I could expect. I looked through their rental liscense and inspection checklists on the twp website and seems standard. Just curious of other peoples experiences for the inspection and also if you needed to evict a tenant?

Thanks!

@Matt Daley Oh, sorry....I didn't really answer your question! I know people who invest in Township and they say they are sticklers with licensing and inspections. I could only imagine that City is the same.
