Do I have to show apt to everyone interested?
I’ve had so many requests to tour, it’s overwhelming. Do I have to offer a showing to everyone who shows interest? I can see from profiles that some people won’t meet my credit score criteria. How can I weed people out legally? Thanks for your help!

As long as your minimum requirements do not violate any discrimination laws, you will not have a problem. When an interested person requests a showing, I reply by stating my minimum requirements: 3x monthly rent in gross income and NO past evictions.
Your minimums may be more or less. When a potential tenant fails to meet your minimums, invite them to complete your application, after which you will be glad to show them the property if they qualify. Typically, this will prevent you from wasting your time showing to unqualified applicants.
