Never had a tenant have Goats at a rental . Never a dull moment

I go over to one of my properties to pick up the rent . ( Guy is a model tenant always pays on time . I look in the back yard and there are 2 pygmy goats in a 20 by 20 pen . I look at him and say Goats? Really ?  He checked with the neighbors and they dont care , the young kids in the neighborhood love them . I watched them for a while , they were kinda cool .  I started laughing and told him I dont care , BUT if there is a complaint , they got to go .  The problem is my boy was there , he now wants some .  Not
