What is your go-to paint color and LVP style?

Hi everyone!

Can you share your go-to interior paint color and LVP style combinations for your rentals? I am currently in the midst of rehab and want to get design ideas. Please share specific colors, brands and etc. Also, attach some pictures if you can!

I have asked the same in the past. A great majority answered “Agreeable Grey” and “Accessible Beige” for paint. If white trim, I like the grey. If darker trim I like the Beige. I buy the beige by the 5 gallon at Sherwin Williams.

I believe for LVP there was a ton of Home Depot. Life proof maybe?
