Househacking and coronavirus tenant/roommate

My husband and I just started househacking. We had our first roommate/tenant move in on Sunday. Today (Tuesday) she told us that she tested positive for COVID. When we asked, she said she started showing symptoms on Friday, 2 days prior to her signing the lease and moving in.

Now, we didn’t ask if she was having symptoms and didn’t write any addendums in the lease related to covid (if that’s even a thing).

Has anyone else ran into this? Any advice?
