This a recurring question I get all the time from clients and other investors about the security and last month's deposits. This is a free platform by Leader Bank that expedites this and automates the process. Landlords in the Commonwealth understand the risks and liabilities of mismanaged funds so this is a fantastic way and added layer of protected to make sure you're doing it correctly. I love a set it and forget it model!
