What's Involved in Adding a Mobile Home to Your Lot?

Last month, I purchased a SFH on a one-acre lot in an unincorporated area in East Texas. The SFH is rented for $900 with a great tenant. As the house is on the extreme front of the lot by the road, most of the land is actually unused. I would like to grade a driveway to the back of the property, drop another septic tank, run utilities and put a mobile home there on the back half-acre. I think it will rent for about $700. I am hoping maybe someone else has done this and has any tips, tricks, caveats? Also, where do you buy a gently used mobile home?
