Screening Cozy or Paper or Both

Do you use a paper application, cozy or both. Open to all ideas. I just did my first screening with cozy and a paper application and the tenant said she was a little confused, but she is a little older than most people. What do yal think? Thanks for the help.

I only use cozy, I stopped doing paper applications a few years back.  It is a lot easier and I don't like taking money from people to do their credit and background check, cozy takes care of it all.
