Like this deal except for two huge trees

Take a look at these photos. The trees make the house look very dark. They are also pretty close to the house and sidewalks. The trees are both in the power lines. Do you think I should try to remove these if I go forward with this deal? Would it be very expensive to remove?

Yes remove them, they're too large and can, is or will create foundation issues, sidewalk issues as well as driveway issues
