Who does the personal and BRRRR loans?

There must be 10 videos about these BRRRR loans and personal loans, but they never once said who these lenders where or where to find them.

@Gregory Moulton lenders change their programs all the time.  So if a lender is named, they may not be offering the product anymore making the video irrelevant.  Case in point now, you can get fix/flip lending, but if you are on your first project you will have to get incredibly creative to get it done.  If you are looking to refinance out into a commercial loan, you have to have a local bank relationship to get something like this done.  Private money can be anyone really.  It could be your aunt with money in the bank who wants to earn 5% on her money instead of .01%
