Hello everybody, I am going to write up a tenant application to screen good tenants I know in the application that I need their credit score, credit check, background check, but I feel like I am missing something else. In your tenant application what does most people check for during this process? Is there a standard credit score that a tenant needs to have? Is there a standard application online? Also, how would you go about having your tenants use cozy for this process for checking credit score and background check? I am sorry to bobared you guys with so many questions but I feel I need a little help here please.

Thank you
