Rental properties in Toronto

Hi Guys,

I'm Farzan, a new investor from Toronto. I've been doing some research about rental properties in Toronto but the prices here are so expensive that is almost make it really difficult to have a positive cash flow out of rental properties and save up for the next down payment. I was wondering if anyone has experience in this area and could give me some tips to start. Thanks
