Where to find / purchase rent deferment doc template?

Hello all, hope everyone is staying well.

I have a tenant who expects to be short this month due to Covid, I have seen a lot of articles on what to do (which helped), but now I need to write up a partial rent deferment.  Looking for where I might find a document template for this.  I would have thought that a few searches would have turned up a lot of these.  Any pointers on where I find one?  I don't mind paying a reasonable price for one, it doesn't have to be free.  Thanks in advance.
