When are landlords most likely to change property management?

What time of the year would you say a landlord with small to midsize multifamily properties is more likely to change their property management company?

My assumption is in the spring to get ahead of the busy summer rental season, but realistically I could see the fall being a common time too since some landlords may have been unsatisfied with their property management company's performance releasing their units over the summer.
