Do property managers usually visit properties with tenants in place just to check the home? If so, how often do they usually do this?

Thank you.

Mine visits my unit if there is a problem (ie repair) and does an annual inspection.  They run the building and have multiple rentals in the building (that they own and that they manage), so they are in the building itself quite frequently.
