Cozy.co failing to connect to Experian

Hi all,

I'm running into the following error when trying to verify my identity to view the credit/background check in Cozy.co:

There was a problem communicating with Experian, please try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact customer support.

The message makes it feel like there is an error with Cozy, is anyone else getting this message or have a suggestion on how to resolve? My credit isn't frozen, either.
