Other loan options for self employed S-Corp

Hello all,

I've tried searching and of course information varies. In my specific situation I am an anesthesia provider. Gross business income will approach 300k, take home W2 check is about $2900 A week with about 4k in distributions a month. I own my own home, have a 760+ CS, I do have student loan debt as well. Long story short I was W2 with another company from June 19-Dec 19', purchased my house in Nov 19. I've been LLC S-Corp since late Dec 19'. My previous lender isn't taking bank statement loans anymore. He's a good friend and I have zero experience venturing outside in this realm.

I’m looking to purchase a duplex or two every year I can, while funds allow.

Can someone point me in the direction of obtaining loans? Most properties I’m looking at are 200-300 range with $500 cash flow a month.
