Section 8 portfolio
We own 30 rental SFR row homes properties outside Philadelphia. I am thinking of building a section 8 portfolio. I am looking for advise on should we buy 2,3,4,5 bedroom places?
we want families as tenants
what properties reward you with the highest rents per tenant. Row home vs Free standing
How do you choose what communities to purchase properties.
What amenities attract the best tenants.
Looking for a5 point system to get the best tenants
Any advice on working with section 8
What other government agencies provide housing subsidies

Check out a book called The Section 8 Bible. It provides good insight for handling section 8. We have about 20 units under section 8. Its nice to have the guaranteed income but turnover is always an uphill battle.
