Section 8 Housing Questions

I want to hear what people's thoughts are on section 8 housing. After hearing the episode with Joe Asamoah (Podcast #356) it really inspired me to look into section 8 housing. I love the idea of actually providing good housing for those who use government vouchers as these areas often are neglected. I also like that there is a consistent income source. However, I am apprehensive about the idea. What are your thoughts? What challenges do you forsee? Would you do it?
