Fayetteville, NC contractors

Hi All,

I'm new to real estate and just purchased my first property in Fayetteville, NC. I live in California so it's important for me to have a good team that I can trust in the NC area. I have a great property manager and the home I purchased was basically move in ready (minus a few small things a handyman was able knock out). I'm looking to purchase in the area again (attempting to apply the BRRRR Strategy) but I'd like to have a trusted contractor on board before I make the move to get their opinion and get to work ASAP once a home is purchased. I wouldn't be looking for a major fixer upper but may need someone who can do laminate floors, siding, cabinets or tub inserts for bathrooms etc.

Does anyone have recommendations or know of folks in Fayetteville that I can connect with?
