Hinkley ca/ water quality
Hello friends. There is a small town in southern ca is called Hinkley and it is the subject of the famed movie “Erin Brockovich”. Here is where Pgne contaminated the aquifer and made a lot of people sick. Anyway, property values in this town are very low, The appreciation is quite low by California standards but the cash flow is excellent. My question is would You as the landlord be held responsible if the water cause health problems to your tenants. What do you think?
