Terminating lease 52 days before reassignment date with PCS

Hi, I would love some insight and perspective on an issue related to early lease termination.

Our tenant, a military family, told us at the end of December, a bit less than 4 months after they moved in, that they had gotten their reassignment orders and will be terminating the lease as of May 15th.

A month later (sometime in January) they said things have changed and their move out date was between May 6th and 8th.

And finally yesterday, on April 7th, they gave us the formal written notice. I did some research and found out they need to provide their military orders. They shared them and it turns out they are supposed to report for duty no later than June 30th, which is 52 days before the date they will be vacating our property.

I could not see any reference to the actual number of days before the new reassignment date they are allowed to break the lease.

Any thoughts?
