I am hoping to become a landlord in the next few months and wanted to see some examples of lease forms I will need my tenants to sign. Also what is the best way to do a background/ credit check on a tenant?

you may want to check the Resources Tab, then click on fileplace, quite a few lease agreements although it may be state specific based on the person that uploaded it., but can give you a good idea of what you can put in your lease or consider including in your lease. You may also want to try google for your area to make sure you are in compliance with local/state laws regarding landlord tenant act and what you can and can't include in lease, backgorund checks, credit checks and this of that nature. ..Good Luck
