Landlord shut off the electricity

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post,so be nice!!!

I'm gonna try to make this short, but bear with me, it has alot of moving parts.

My sister met this guy, became pregnant, we lived about 45 min away from where the BF lived, the BFs parents wanted us to move closer to them, so everyone could be with the baby, the Mom of the BF had a 3/2 and said we could all move up there, myself,my mom,my sister and my sister's 5 year old son. We discussed the rent, $700 a month (we were family now). So we moved in, a month or so went buy and we noticed that my sister BF moved in, my sister didn't talk to anyone about it, made her decision on her own.

Fast forward a couple of months, the baby is here, my sister's bedroom became a little bit tight, I had the master bedroom. This is when it started, my sister wanted my mom and I to move out so she could have her family, witch is fine, my sister is 30 with a son already, so we agreed we would start looking. Well thing's in the house was just crazy, everyone fighting. The BF of my sister started to complain to his mom, so now the Mom is involved.

Bare with me, almost over!!! So now the Mom is starting to get involved with us trying to find a place, and since this COVID19 epidemic my mom was forced to work from home and I didn't have a job, got laid off. Couple weeks ago my sister and BF went camping with the kids, the BF Mom stared coming to the house and grabbing pillows and blankets from my sister's and nephews room, we didn't think anything of it, the next day the power goes out!!!

After calling the electric company, they said it was a schedule shut off, the owner of the house shut off power. Now we put 2 and 2 together and found out my sister and nephews are staying over the mom's house, because the kid's can't stay in a house without power. We tried to put the power in our name's, but they are saying we need some type of inspection on something the owner did back in 2018. Remember, my mom's working from home, so now she can't work, I'm working again, but just started. They even took the mailbox out of the ground!!! Never got a notice. Just the other day I talked to the Mom and we agreed to sign a month too month lease and I would switch bedrooms, but they never came by when they said. I have text messages, pictures,
