My Prop Mgr wants me to review potential clients’ financials
My property manager’s policy is for the landlord to ultimately approve potential tenants based on the financials and background checks they obtain and provide. I’ve never heard of this. Is there a basic ratio Successful PMs use? This is the first time I’ve heard of this. What are your thoughts, BP?
