HOA won't fix foundational crack
I noticed about a 1/4 sized crack on the foundation, on a crawl, of a condo we rent out. It's by our bedroom.
I email the HOA contact about it & she may want to get some industrial strengthed foam in there or something to keep it from expanding.
She replied I can fix the crack myself & then said you "may wanna get a contractor out there to fix that garage door. It's badly dented," & sent pics.
I will take care of the doors (a lot of the neighbors have dinged up doors too so I sure hope they're going after them for violations, which I will find out), however, isn't a foundation a common grounds area & the HOA's responsibilty?
