Who uses a cleaning service for rental turns and what do you pay?

I own a cleaning service and I was wondering if I am in the right ball park for my pricing. I would like to chase more of that business but I want to see what you feel would be an appropriate rate to pay per square foot. We are currently doing work for a management company that has about 400 properties in this area. Tell me what you could tolerate as a per square foot price for cleaning.
