Apartment Remodel by Cummings Property Mgt Team. They did great!!
Cummings Property Mgt in Hunstville Alabama managed by Mitchell Cummings who is awesome by the way just remodeled two of my apartments that were completely un-livable and rented them immediately. I am so grateful to them. They did a great job. Apartments B & D click the link to view.

They look good after but I don't think they remodeled them. They cleaned and painted. The before pictures didnt look unlivable just very dirty.
OH know the photos don't do them justice believe me when I say they were not livable. They fumigated, ripped up & replaced flooring, repainted walls, ceilings trim and doors and replaced doors, Got the bad tenants out and much more. We are starting in the hallway and yard then the outside next. I will keep ya posted.
Sounds Good, I did notice the new flooring when I looked at the pictures again. Congrats!
Thanks the first year has been a little tough with two evictions rite off the bat but it was for the better. Things are finally rolling now.
