Short term rentals in Gatlinburg, TN

I am currently in the market to buy a short term rental in the Gatlinburg/ Townsend, TN area.  I was looking for some insight about which area rents the best and what size house to get?  Any info would be greatly appreciated as this would be my first short term rental. Thanks
