I have owned my house for 8 years, I bought it for 200k at 21 years old and owe 164k, I was immature and never made any extra payments. Currently it’s listed at 240 on Zillow. I am new to pursuing investing in real estate and looking to get involved with rentals for starters. I have a vehicle I am putting up for sale next month and realistically a the lowest should be able to get 15k. I cut out a lot of monthly debt getting it down to the family vehicle loan and my house.

With that being said, I am seeking helpful tips from anyone generous enough to take time out of their busy life on where to go from here. Thankyou!!
