Move out inspection

When a tenant moves out, does he needs to fix the holes in the wall he caused such as for curtain rods, hanging tv, and broken air vents, there is also a large broken window and nicks on the wall, l don’t want to be too picky but this will cost me money to fix l suppose for the next tenant
