Do you all have tenants on your social media?

I’m curious how many of you landlords have your tenants on any of your social media apps? Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, ect. Is it professional? Does it help? Or does it make it difficult seeing posts on personal pages you might rather not see ? I have two rentals that I am “friends” with the tenants and i am indifferent. Just wanted others thoughts. Thanks!

Hi there! On my end,  no. I've been in this business for 3 years and I myself don't have any social media. Personally, I don't have my life out there. My thing is that if anyone wants to know about me, then look for me. I'm old school and I like it that way!
