Section 8 basement rental
Hello everyone. I was wondering if it is possible to rent my basement for Section 8? Specifically, I was looking to rent my basement to either handicap or disabled vets. Any information would help. Thank you.

I agree. The Section 8 program has rules. It must be a legal residence. Usually basement rentals are not. Also, they inspect and approve the residence before it can be rented.
