Transfer of Dominion Virginia Electric

Good Evening All,

My tenants are moving in tomorrow and I requested that my electric be cut off on the 14th. They sent a notice stating that termination of the service would happen at midnight. Does this mean that they are actually cutting it off or just transferring it over at midnight? Your information greatly appreciated.
