Drugs in the apartment
HELP! I believe my downstairs neighbors are cooking Meth in the apartment. I can smell sulfur and other chemicals through my vents. I have notified the landlord, but he doesn't seem to be doing anything. If I go to the police do I risk eviction?

Forget risking eviction. Evict yourself and find a new place. Health risks exist even after these people have come and gone. I actually saw a group of people arrested on the news for knowing and not reporting similar activities. You have posted it online so if I were you, I would call the police and get out ASAP.
good luck to you!
