Nashville area rentals
I currently live in Alabama about an hour from Birmingham. I have been investing for 4 years and own 21 units. Four single family with the rest duplexes and one 4 plex. My son was injured in September and is paralyzed. He was working in Nashville and he plans to return in April with me and my wife. We are looking for an apartment or house to rent that is handicapped accessible including a roll in 5x5 shower. We are having a hard time finding apartments with the shower requirement. Does anyone have any ideas for finding a house or apartment to rent with the handicap requirements. I’m not sure if this is the best forum area to post so if anyone thinks this should be posted in a different topic area please give suggestions.
