Busiest Day For Plumbers - Day After Thanksgiving

I had two tenants call with blocked lines the day after Thanksgiving. The local news mentioned it was the busiest day of the year. Anyone else have activity?

This is why I remove the garbage disposal from every rental that is less than $1,000 per month. Nothing but problems. You will get a call that the garbage disposal doesn't work, only to find that it's full of turkey bones, stuffing, and the weird pasta dish that Aunt Connie brought over and nobody wants to eat.

I can't stress strongly enough how important it is to remove a garbage disposal from your rentals.
