Do I have to settle this slip and fall accident?

Hey, it has been a while since I posted something here! Unfortunately, I came back with a bitter story!

I recently opened a kiosk and cafe on lease in Ottawa, Ontario. The leased space has this shop and a small parking lot, which can include a maximum of 3 small cars! My lease period is for six months, depending upon the business scope I will be extending the lease duration, this clause is there on the contract!

Before my cafe, there was a car wash (including the area behind my shop!), an air filling machine from the same is still there(not in working condition). On the New year's eve, a drunk girl fell by hitting on this machine, it is clear on the CCTV footage that she was drunk (it is visible by her walking style!), unfortunately, the machine side scenes are not clear due to fog! Now the girl has issued a law notice against me for the slip and fall settlement!

I'm only on the budding stage and I can't afford this now!

The machine isn't mine, the property as well. At the beginning of the lease agreement, I have asked my owner to remove these old tings from my site but he hasn't done anything for it! I called the landlord after realizing the offence, but he is not accepting his faults! I have no choices other than seeing a slip and fall settlements lawyer, to know the possibilities in this!

This board has too many law experts, so before meeting an attorney I would like to know if there are any possibilities for me to win this case!

The points I hope to favour me are;

1. I'm not the landowner!
2. I have already warned the landlord to transfer the machine from my property
3. There is no mention of the accident caused machine on my lease agreement (all other equipment details are included!)
4. The victim was drunk!
