Should I press charges?

While we were in court for a tenant holding over case, my tenant presented a fraudulent lease with my forged signature on it inAn effort to persuade the judge that she had a valid lease.  I personally believe that such criminal behavior should not be Allowed to go unchecked.   Would it be worth it to call the police and try to get her charged?

You're literally standing in front of a judge. Were you not able to prove it right then? Surely you have a credit card or ID card in your wallet with a signature on it to compare.
