Owner financing in Puerto Rico

Does anyone have experience with providing owner financing in Puerto Rico? I'm concerned with the potential risks and the foreclosure process in Puerto Rico. 

My renter wants to purchase but he wants owner financing. Honestly, I'm not certain of the risk this may involve, one because I've never done owner financing but also because i know laws in Puerto Rico can be different than stateside.
