Downtown Jacksonville fl

Hello BP friends!

We are in town looking to make a deal on a condo downtown. Condo is on Ashley & Julia and its 67k 1/1 with hoa of $200. What is everyones opinion of this area for development and growth? Being from Chicago I wish we knew what was going to happen in our downtown areas years ago because it has boomed! Rents range from $700 to $900 now in that building. Any advice will help! TIA Maria
