Masters Golf Tournament Clause

This post is directed right at my fellow investors in Augusta, Ga.  Does anybody put a clause in their rental agreements that the tenants must leave for the weekend of the masters tournament (Thus allowing you to rent the property out for the tournament)  Do you offer free rent for the month, or some other incentive? Was just wondering if this was possible or not?  Thanks again everyone!!
