Landlord advice tenant has gnats Chicago
I have a 5 unit all brick building in Chicago. Two months ago, a tenant complained about gnats. I sprayed in the apartment and set up an indoor bug zapper. Today she reached out again saying the gnats are really bad.
I lived in the apartment for 2 years and never had gnats. She also has a dog.
How would you handle the situation?

@Kyle D Birch I would call my exterminator and have him do a service call. Sometimes it pays to have the third party licensed professional in so you can show that you care, and so that you can transfer liability in case anything goes sideways. What part of Chicago are you in? My guy services my buildings in the near western suburbs in Berwyn and Cicero.
