Clean up after raw sewage has been under MOBLie home

Moved to property September 1 2019. Had to clean before I could move. Property not taking care of. Nasty but knew I could get in shape for I own my own business a cleaning business. I planted plants around the porch and alway smelled sewage. I contacted the landlord because the kitchen sink was leaking and were my dryer was going there was not a vent for the dryer. Also told him I needed smoke detectors for there were none. Also toliet ran and needed to be addressed. I told him if he could get a plumber or handyman woyld be better so they could address all the items that needed to be repaired. He stated that he couldn't afford that ans ask me did I know anyone I said yes and contacted a handyman. The gentleman addressed the issues and I told him I hadn't been well since I moved fatigued all the time diarrhea since I moved and my eyes bothered me badly. I told him I smelled sewage. He excused himself and 15 minutes later ask me could I come outside ans look under the MOBLIE HOME. I did and he pointed under the trailer with his flash lite and a pipe was not connected. I ask him how that could have happened he stated that it had been that way b4 I moved because of all the toliet paper and the massive amount of feces. I called the landlord and again he ask did u know anyone to fix it and again the man said he would that was September 26 it was fixed. My eyes have not gotten better worse headaches and mats have taken over. Landlord has had from then till now and still no clean up. My dog has acted funny since we moved. What do I do?
