Hey guys, running into a situation here. I have a tenant who passed away about 1 1/2 month ago. And we told the daughter that they have till the end of September to get out of the place. And now comes October most of the stuff are out except few little things and if she doesn’t get the stuff out by today. What precautions can I take? The daughter is not on the lease but only her mom and we have them 1 1/2 month to remove there stuff. And told them that we will start charging her for storage or rent. What else can I do? Thanks in advance.
